My educational credentials include a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Management, a Masters in Science degree in Education, a Bachelor in Science degree in Business Education for Information Technology, and an Associates in Applied Science degree for Information Systems and Helpdesk Support.
I am a certified MOS (Microsoft Office Specialist) Master who has taught a variety of technology classes to adult learners. In addition, my teaching experience includes helping individuals who are unemployed and underemployed develop skills to transition in the workplace.
